Roller coaster again, albeit a "mild" one

Start Weight: 168 lbs
Goal Weight: 138 lbs
Weight after two loading days:  171.7 lbs (3.7 lbs total gain)
R2P2D36Inj28: 150.6 lbs  (-21.1 lbs gross, -17.4 lbs net)

I was kind of expecting it... I had a 0.7 lb gain today.  This up-and-down-and-up-and-down is strange for me in my HCG weight-loss journey.  Up until the last couple of weeks, I have always had very steady losses during Phase 2, with just the occasional blip.  I wonder if it is because I am getting close to 10 lbs of my goal weight?  My guess is yes, so I am not so worried about it.  As long as my general trend is in the right direction, I'm happy!

I am going to go take my injection RIGHT NOW so I don't miss it again! ;-)

Menu time!
8:30a:  22oz water, lemon, and Lemon Drop Stevia
(Oh me -- HUNGRY!!! Come on HCG -- help me!  I'm out of the house and can't eat!)
1:30p:  One hard-boiled egg
1:45p:  1/2 serving Asparagus Soup
2-3p:    45oz water, lemon, ACV, and Lemon Drop Stevia
7:15p:  1 toasted slice of Ezekiel Bread* topped with
Baby Spring Mix and Tomato* and Spicy Brown Mustard
7:30p:  22oz water, lemon, and Lemon Drop Stevia
8:30p:  One apple
*OFF PROTOCOL WARNING!!!

Reflection on the day:  I did struggle with some hunger while out and about this morning, but it surely wasn't unbearable.  Hopefully I am past that now (if I can manage not to forget any more injections!) After lunchtime, I was just fine.

A wonderful thing that happened to me today was that I talked to two dear folks in my life -- one a friend, one family -- and both are having wonderful successes with HCG.  I'm almost as thrilled with that as I am with my own weight loss.  My friend has lost 12 lbs and is so excited about her success and is currently in HCG-no-hunger-nirvana. The joy in her face was absolutely beautiful to see! My family member called to offer me a new twist on my Asparagus Soup recipe -- he tried it with spinach and he said it tasted great, but he will try adding less water next time because it was a little thin. I'm going to have to try that! But better than the Cream of Spinach soup was the fact that he has lost 20 lbs and is off his blood pressure meds completely and has cut his meds for diabetes in HALF! That is so tremendous! I'm so excited about this that I could just pop!

That's what it is all about -- becoming healthier and improving our quality of life.  It's why I want to share this journey with the world!  I want everyone to be able to experience this!

It's been a great day, and hopefully the scale will be nicer to me in the morning!  'Til then, later all you wonderful losers!  :D
